BOX OFFICE
The Box Office opens one hour prior to showtime. Depending on availability, tickets may be purchased at the Box Office on the performance day.
You will receive 2 emails after purchasing tickets. 1. An email receipt from Stripe with a summary of your purchase. This is not your ticket. It will not have your seat numbers listed. 2. An email from [email protected]. Your ticket is attached as a pdf. The usher will look for the date, time and seat number. (The QR code does not work.)
*We want to inform you that NYT has a policy of reselling tickets for empty seats 25 minutes after the show starts. Timely arrival will help you secure your seat and enjoy the show without any interruptions. Thank you for your understanding!
