COSTUME TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points pre-show by:
* Each 5 hours worth of costume work = 1 point
* This needs to preferably be at rehearsals, but if there are extenuating circumstances then the work can be done at home.
CAST WRANGLING TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points pre-show by:
* Each cast wrangling “session” is worth ½ point.
* Friday – 5:15 – 8:30 (please also help with any set-up needed)
* Saturday – 9:00 – 12:30
* Saturday – 12:00 – 2:45 (please also help with any clean-up needed)
SETS TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points pre-show by:
* Showing up to a full day of Saturday building and working from 9:00 – 2:00 or 9:30 – 2:30.
* If you are physically unable to be at the sets storage, you may be given assignments to work on at home. Five hours worth of work = 1 point.
PROPS TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points pre-show by:
* Going to props storage to sort through and collect items in storage needed for the show (4-5 hours) – 1 point
* Go to a props work party to build/create props (4-5 hours) – 1 point
* At least 5 hours worth of prop building work at home – 1 point
* Set-up/Tear-down for rehearsals – ½ point each (Set-up and Tear-down together is 1 point)
* Be at the props run-through to help organize and distribute props as needed to cast members. – 1 point
HAIR AND MAKEUP TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 point pre-show by:
* Going to props storage to sort through and collect items in storage needed for hair and makeup for the show or help find items on Amazon, Danny’s, or other places (4-5 hours for each point) – 1 point
* Go to the Promo Shoot day at the specified time to do makeup and hair for the cast members in the promo shoot. You must be there the entire time for the point. – 1 point
* Set-up/Tear-down for rehearsals – ½ point each (Set-up and Tear-down together is 1 point)
* Go to a hair and makeup planning committee meeting and create videos/photos for the cast to learn their makeup looks. – points determined by hair and makeup lead, depending on amount of work done
MARKETING TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points pre-show by:
* Paint Your Wagon (on a scheduled Saturday) – 1 point
* Marketing Blitz – 1 point each
* Set-up/Tear-down for rehearsals – ½ point each (Set-up and Tear-down together is 1 point)
* Provide list or photos of 15 places where you put posters up – 1 point
* Secure a business playbill ad (not a family ad) – 1 point
* Provide list or photos of 10 places where you provided flyers to schools, churches, co-ops, community centers, retail shops, etc. – 1 point
SILENT AUCTION TEAM MEMBERS Pre-Show:
Earn at least 6 parent team points by:
* Silent auction brainstorming meeting – 1 point (coming up with basket ideas and creating the Amazon lists)
* Silent auction basket workday to put together baskets – 1 point
* Set-up/Tear-down for rehearsals – ½ point each (Set-up and Tear-down together is 1 point)
* Every 5 donations you personally get from businesses – 1 point
* Paint Your Wagon (on a scheduled Saturday) – 1 point
