Description:
Ages 13-20 as of Sept 1.
This will be a creative, fun, and engaging choral class with additional performance opportunities. Students will navigate complex harmonies in SATB structure while incorporating dance and acting skills. They will fine tune their music theory and gain confidence in group theatrical numbers. Musical Theater Troupe and Corp members will participate in outside performances in the fall and spring. Members will have fundraising opportunities for additional expenses.

Tuition:
$125

Required Class Times:
1x per week (2-hour class)
Campus Location – Tomball Methodist Church
Members are required to attend classes weekly and come to class prepared.
Troupe & Corp Registration Fee:
$75
Includes matching shirt and additional costuming

Studio Recital Fee:
$100
Includes all photos + goes toward Recital expenses such as costume rental, venue, sound / tech, set up, and additional staff.

Studio Registration Fee:
$50 per student per year

Member Commitment Agreement:
Musical Theater Troupe & Corp members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and character in and outside of NYT events. Students who make Troupe & Corp are expected to commit for the 2026-27 season. Members are expected to be in class weekly unless they have communicated in advance with the instructor. Members cannot also be members of NYT Studio Company.
