Specific dates will be filled in once the recital venue is secured.
Fall Semester — Focus on technique and the skill set required for each discipline.
Spring Semester (first half) — Focus on choreography before the recital.
Spring Semester (2nd half) — Focus on technique again to prepare for adjudications.
Classes will master exercises and skills that will be evaluated at an adjudication the last week of classes. This will help with placement for the following year as well as give personal feedback and individual goals for each student. We have no formal attendance policy, but regular attendance is required for recital classes leading up to the performance. There are no consequences for missing class other than missed instruction, which can affect a student’s performance ability.
