His friendship with Toothless challenges everything his village believes about dragons.

ASTRID – A fearless, confident, and highly skilled Viking recruit who takes her training seriously. Astrid is competitive, determined, and eager to prove herself as a dragon slayer. As the story unfolds, she learns to see dragons differently.

STOICK – The powerful Viking chief and Hiccup’s father. Stoick is a respected leader and fierce dragon slayer who struggles to understand his son’s unconventional ways. Beneath his tough exterior, he deeply loves Hiccup and wants to protect him.
