Show Choir is for students aged 13-20 as of September 1, 2024.
This will be a creative, fun, and engaging choral class with additional performance opportunities. Students will navigate complex harmonies in SATB structure while incorporating dance and acting skills. They will fine tune their music theory and gain confidence in group theatrical numbers.
Students need to come prepared with a one-minute song for auditions. They will also be asked to harmonize and taught a sequence of choreography. Register for Show Choir auditions below. Accounts will be charged starting in August only if a student makes Show Choir. Walk-ins are also welcome.
Ms. Shana is the Show Choir Director for the 2024-25 year, with Ms. Kristi assisting. The Show Choir class is held at Tomball Methodist Church on Thursdays 5:00-6:30.
